This is Day 1, lets kick start your journey! We'll outline the month ahead - nutrition, exercise, everything! We'll take starting measurements & 'before' photos. You'll have the opportunity to ask us any questions & we'll take you through the requirements to win the PRIZE!

Bi-weekly Group Sessions
Wednesdays & Sundays

4 weeks, 8 group training sessions. Together we'll get our heart rates up & burn some calories. We'll run circuits, get moving & burn off unwanted body-fat. Get ready!

We're not going to have you starving yourself like with most 'fad' diets, we'll have you eating enough food - including the stuff you love - but we ARE going to learn how to moderate your intake & eliminate excess. It's the only way we're ever going to fit into our favourite jeans again...

Exercise on Your Own

You'll be provided an additional 8 workouts to perform on your own (at home or in the gym) using skills you've learned in the group training sessions. Don't worry - any questions we are just a phone call away.
